SURA BBQ Boston

Around 2pm, we have 6people to dine in. They place us at the table for 4. We talked nicely to them and requested to change to the table for 6. Two of the Spanish server show us their bad attitude and unwillingly walk off. We ordered the premium package for the entire meal. The server(male) doesn't even serve us once(neither refill water nor give us napkins). The server(female) changed the grill stove twice and walk off. Then no one serve us anymore. In conclusion, services are very very terrible. Food is still good enough.

I went here with a friend and the bbq here was delicious. The starters were okay, just your typical Korean appetizers and veggies but nothing noteworthy. We did the premium which allowed us to order a wider variety of dishes to cook. For the price to portion, it was definitely worth it. We ordered the spicy pork belly, LA short ribs, chicken thighs, briskets, shrimp and baby octopus. The seafood was not my favorite. The octopus was ok, but the shrimp didn’t really have any flavor. The highlights were the Spicy pork belly and the LA short ribs where the marinade and tenderness combined to create something special. The interior was nice. The only thing of note was that because the grill was in the middle of the table, there wasn’t really much leg room so it felt a little tight. The lighting was good and we went around 4:30pm which wasn’t busy at all. The wait staff were polite and professional. They were good at making sure to change the grills which is a plus since a lot of the tops get burnt.

I wanted to experience Massachusetts Korean BBQ all you can eat. ... This place is buzzing with customers. We came early around 6 pm plus. There is no wait, but as time lapses, more people came. Our service was great. All of them are nice. The grill was replaced every time it darkened. The only thing is that the sodas are not refillable but a per bottle order. .. The side dishes/ banchan were okay. The sauce was yummy. The BBQ meat was good. The price is around 50 plus drinks and tips. It's a bit on the expensive side than the usual k-bbq. The ambiance was good, too. We got a booth, and grilled was good. We enjoyed Medford Massachusetts Korean BBQ dinner. ...

Went in for lunch for the sura bbq for two. It's similar to hot pot where you cook it in front of you. Loved the marinated beef, bean paste stew and boiled egg. Sauces are phenomenal. The whole dish together with all the associated sides they give you has so much variety I highly recommend it all. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the vegetable dumplings- they are fried and seemed a bit dry. Portion size it was way more than enough food for two people, too much even. We loved it! Highly recommend trying this at least once. It's an experience as much as it's amazing food.

My recent expedition to this all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ joint was like a rollercoaster ride for my taste buds. In the end, this place is like that quirky friend you keep around for a good laugh, even though they occasionally leave you scratching your head. It's not Michelin-star material, but it'll give you a memorable night and some funny stories to share.
